Systems will NOT set to correct timezone (stuck in GMT).

I have a couple of Linux servers (running either ES or AS) and they will not switch from GMT timezone.

Ive linked the /etc/localtime to the correct zone, and Ive set them up to talk to a NTP server (and they are getting updated with the correct time&just in GMT timezone)

Ive rebooted.

But no matter what I change, they continue to report and respond in GMT time.
