how do i format the date from squid file data?

i have the list of data from the squid data .. which is generated from linux squid ... look at the sample data,

these are date field,

1212297966.871
1212297967.038
1212298059.839
etc,

how do i convert these into date field to store it in mysqlStart Free Trial
