Is it possible to mirror two volumes at the host level with CentOS and put on GFS to share the mirror

This is NOT a clustered environment.  Simply three separate servers that need to share data using GFS.  All the servers are running the same version of CentOS and GFS.  They are all connected to the same storage using a FC SAN.

The issue is that we added two new disk arrays and a single disk array only have enough storage for a single copy of the data (5 - 6 TB).  Since the arrays have a single controller (2 port) and thus a single point of failure we want to mirror the data between the two disk arrays.

The mirrored volumes would then have GFS put on them and the volumes shared between several servers.

We have been able to share the GFS file system between boxes but we need to add mirroring somehow.  Totally rebuilding these systems IS an option if it gets us to where we need to be.
