How to extend / grow ESX Linux swap space after it's been installed (& swap size guideline)

Hi,

Just got an ESX VMWare 3.5 up & running but thought the swap
space of 500 MB allocated is too small for this Blade server which
has a physical memory of 32Gb.

What's the guideline in VMWare ESX server for the swap space.
In the old days of Solaris, swap space allocated is twice the total
physical memory size but nowadays Solaris servers comes with
memory sizes of 16 Gb or even more memory.

Our VMWare blade has 32Gb, so what's the suggested swap size
to use.

How do we increase the swap space of the ESX Linux?  Can we
create a secondary swap file without touching the existing swap?

Thanks
