Browse All TopicsI am using Asterisk 1.4.x and A2Billing 1.4 - On CentOs 5.3 - logged in as root and everything was installed as root.
I am trying to make sense of what configuration A2Billing is using to make outbound calls, after the pin code is entered by the caller, plus I am sure I have a permissions issue, which is the underlying problem.
Currently I am able to make calls from the asterisk box, without the use of A2Billing, so we know asterisk , and my providers are configured correctly.
The problem is after A2Billing accepts the pin number, it is unable to dial out. After I enter the number to dial, it states "the number you dialed is unavailable" and I do not see any errors coming across the asterisk console.
I am confused because there is an "additional_a2billing_sip.
If I try to modify the sip.conf file directly from a2billing, I get a write failed message.
Thanks!
