modifying A2Billing Asterisk dial plan

How can I modify the dial plan that A2Billing is using?  I am sure it is not using extensions.conf, when it executes the Dial command, after the calling card prompt.

Scenario:
I need to pass the 'T' option on the Dial command, when A2Billing dials out, after it receives the number to dial.  I see in the asterisk console that A2Billing launches a script and executes the Dial command, with it's own options.  

Where can I make it use the T option on Dial, so I can have DTMF tones work correctly???
