Asterisk - A2Billing - Is it possible for SIP friends to just dial out?

A2Billing is requiring my SIP friends to dial the phone number after they have connected to the server.

For example, user dials 555-555-5555, A2Billing picks up and asks for the number to dial.
Can I just make the SIP friend dial through to the termination provider, without having to enter the phone number at a prompt?
