CentOS 5 / Elastix Installation of Driver kickstart issue

Say, After the driver is loaded from USB, installation can't find CDRom to continue - see attached errors.
Help...
One easy solution seems to just load the CDRom Driver...but how?

Why don't you simply kickstart using USB?  The problem lies in the stage 1 boot.  Once the system boots and the kickstart tries to mount nfs, if that is the option you chose, then it should not have any problem.
And is your kickstart file name ks.default.cfg?

Is it located in the root directory of your CDROM?
You may also try using dd

boot: linux ks=cdrom:/ks.default.cfg dd
ks.default.cfg is the file name in the root of CD.
However as per error above it can't read the CD after is loads from the USB....

Where would I issue this command?
You may also try using dd

boot: linux ks=cdrom:/ks.default.cfg dd
Why don't you use USB to kickstart?

So at the menu
boot:

Enter this:

boot: linux ks=hd:sda1:/ks.default.cfg
Must I burn the install to the usb 1st?

Do you have more than 1 cdrom on the system?
is the cdrom Connected by USB

If you have multiple try using the other CDrom or disabling/ disconectig one of them

If your CDROm is a USD Cdrom,   Try using another usb port, or find a bios USB option for legacy or 1.0 speed.
