Problems with Debian install from hard disk

Hello... im having problems with the instalation of debian r3... i have the files from iso debian image on my windows c:\debian  ...
What i did to install debian is this: i restart my computer with a windows boot disk and on the c:\debian, i executed boot.bat  .... then the debian install starts...
Everything runs fine, i choose "file system" all the time becouse the source is my hd. The system reebots, and we begin the configuration. Here the problem happens.

When the install asks me about the source for apt , i cant install correctly becouse he dont find the "directory" where the files are. He have an "default" directory typed there " /debian " but i cant access my first hdc1 partition to tell the install where the files are. How can i solve this problem?

The final result of installation is linux in prompt mode. I dont have fx86config, installx, apt, nothing.... only the file system of linux mounted.

Ok... so i tryed this... I created a new dir on linux, called "/windows" ... then i mounted the partition using "mount /dev/hdc1 /windows" and now i have access to all my files in hdc1... there is any way to install the rest of files???
