Ignore me if I am completely off base, but are all the vlans tagged with the same label?
Main Topics
Browse All Topics I want tagged vlan traffic pass from switch through eth1 on Ubuntu machine, use iptables to filter traffic and pass through eth0 which is connected to another switch for access to network.
Here are my switch configs:
ProCurve 1800
Vlan 90
tagged 24
vlan 93
tagged 24
vlan 10
tagged 24
Procurve 3500: Exact same as 1800
Vlan 90
tagged 24
vlan 93
tagged 24
vlan 10

How do I configure the Ubuntu machine to pass this traffic and let me use iptables for filtering?
Thanks,
Mick

Do you have to use iptables? If not take a look at this link:

The tools you will need are:
* vconfig - vlan configuration tool - vlan support must be configured in the kernel, and you need to have the interfaces up in order to create vlans.
* ip - iproute2 - great tool for routing on Linux
Thanks,
M.
