I'm brand new to Linux. So far I'm loving it. I have set-up Mint 7 (Gloria) and installed MythBuntu (at least I think it is installed) I can open the config for MythBuntu front and back end....
My Question relates more to the TV tuner. I have an Asus MyCinema 3000 micro.
When I plug it into a USB port nothing happens (this is in contrast to plugging in my I-Pod to the same port).
How can I tell if the TV tuner card has even been recognised by the OS??
I think there are some compatibility issues with this particular card - will be happy to upgrade to improve compatibility if there are any suggestions.
Thanks in advance, Steve

Ok - so I've found out (or at least am led to believe) that the device is not supported by Linux so withdrawing question.
