How do I unlock the CICS group id from the OPID?

Tags: S UNABLE TO PERFORM OPERATION: 'TCTCB' IS LOCKED TO APPLID 'HALBCICS', OPID 'RRA'.

I am working in Mainframe VSE operating system. Yesterday I tried to rename an existing terminal id in CICS that was present in the group TCTCB. After renaming it I came out of mainframe improperly. This has made the group TCTCB to be locked by my OPID RRA.
I am not able to get rid of this lock. I tried recycling the CICS. But the lock is still there. I am not able to execute any command on that group.
For ex: CEDA UNLOCK GR(TCTCB) is also failing with the same error.
Please help me in removing the lock on GROUP
