I have been tasked to come up with a performance management report for bank mainframe system based on statistics that have:CPU Usage,Application Response Time,I/O Rate,Disk I/O Rate for two runs. Based on these, could you please tell me how you note things like bottlenecks , optimized workload distribution and any other capacity building statistics that could be of managerial significance?
