xcopy of folder not working

I am using the following in a bat script on WIndows 2003 server:
xcopy S:\Hyp\Data\CAS\Retrieve S:\HYP\CAS\Current\05152008 /e /i

I copies the contents of "Retrieve", but does not copy that folder as well.  I need the 05152008 folder to end up with Retrieve and all it's subfolders and files.  What am I doing wrong?  Any help is appreciated.  I feel this should be simple.
