Batch file to copy only files dated today

Hi Experts

We have copy invoices produced as PDF's daily, and want to copy into a auto-created daily directory.
I have the commands to create a new directory stamped with todays date as below, but I cannot work out how to only copy the files dated today.
Also, as we are in the UK I have swapped over the "day" and "month" part - is this correct (it gives the right result)?

The file names are the {invoice number}.PDF

Please note - I am wanting to copy so that I can ftp daily PDF's to offsite backup.
(The originals need to remain in their current location for access by another program)

If there is a better way to do this - then suggestions greatfully received.

Summary - to ftp new PDFs every day to offsite ftp server.
