GuruGary: I am going to check this out. The user isnt in today and my helpdesk is backlogged with other issues that I have to handle first. Monday AM, or over the weekend I will try your suggestion. I have done some preliminary research and it seems a sound and reasonable resolve to this problem.
I will get back with you Monday the latest. Cool?

There is probably a CONFIRM.PDF or CONFIRMX.PDF file stuck in the users Outlook Temp directory.
Try clearing out the user's temp files ... especially the Outlook temp directory. The Outlook Temp directory is typically in C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files, and the directory name should start with OLK with 1 or 2 numbers or characters after it. You may want to back it up or rename it instead of just deleting it ... just in case. And make sure that no CONFIRM*.PDF files exist when you are done.
