DOS USB BOOT DISK

I want to create DOS USB Boot Disk. I tried different methods, everytime when I tried to reboot my pc it gives an error message "Disk I/O error" or "Disk Error".
Does any one know a better way to create a DOS USB boot disk.

HP have / had a utility to do this called 'HP Drive Key Boot Utility'

Try this and see if it gives you what you want.

You need to have a bootable diskette (you may make it on any computer with ms windows - right click drive a: -> format -> check "Make bootable Dos disk" or "Thansfer system files" and click format

Then use http://rghost.ru/download/18856/e932263378e13006f40379e90fc97b8556371873/hpusbfw.exe utility to make USB dongle bootable

PS You may also have somewere DOS system files on your HDD instead of making system diskette
