Windows Vista - x86 or x64 ?

I am trying to figure out whether I should install the x86 or x64 version of Windows Vista. From what I can gather, it seems like x64 has much more performance potential. However, it is possible that not all hardware will work with x64. Can someone please take a look at my system specs below and advise on x86 or x64? Thanks :-)
