How do I create _ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.xxx.com entry in the DNS server?

Hi Guys

I demoted a windows 2003 domain controller last night but before that I prompted a nother server, so I do have domain controller.
Since I demoted the domain controller something happen to windows sql server and we have to re-join domain, but I can't make sql server member of the domain because it can't find domain.
The error message I get is:

DNS  name does not exist
error 0x0000232B RCOD_NAME_ERROE
The query was for SRV_record for _ldal._tcp.dc._madcs
Common cause: The DNS SRV records requireto locate a domain controller for the domain not registered in DNS

Surely the DNS server is missing _ldal._tcp.dc._madcs information on DC. There is nothing in the DNS of the domain controller.

I run following commands on DC
I run dcdiag came up with nothing
I run netdiag /fix got following:
