With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Can't bring Cluster disk online

Microsoft Server 2003 Enterprise, Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise - clustering
I am trying to create a cluster using Exchange 2003 Enterprise. The problem I am getting is when I try and bring the Virtual Server online. The ip address & network name are brought online but the disk fails each time. This is a small network. I have two servers (2003 Enterprise) one server having two hard drives, one acting as the quorum
