Changing Disk size on a Server 2000 box?

I have 2 logical drives on a MS server 2000 and I would like to take the free space from one drive and add it to the other drive.  I am in the Computer Management/Disk Management, but how do I change the disk size so that I can move it to the other drive with out losing any data?
