Not quite sure exactly what you mean, but of you mean you want mail sent to xxx@yyy.com and aaa@.yyy.com to end up in the same persons mailbox you can simply add the additional email address to the user. In Active Directory Users and Computers double click on the account and on the email addresses tab add the relevant smtp address(s) to the list
If i understand you correctly, what you need is setup 2 outlook profiles.
Go to Control Panel, open Mail and then proceed with adding 2 profiles and configuring them with appropriate Exchange accounts.

Either you can create 2 profiles...
1 for xxx and 2nd for yyy through control panel - mail
Else if you have configured IMAP of POP....
then you can create 1 profile and add both of these 1 as Exchange and 2nd as IMAP or POP....
the difference between POP and IMAP is POP will download mails from exchange and you can't view it with OWA or creating Exchange profile on another machine..

Take send as right through AD - find user aaa and go to properties of this user - Security - add xxx and give permission send as to xxx
Then from outlook of xxx you should type aaa@yyy.com in from field...

However this is bring to your knowledge that you cant add 2 exchange account in one profile...
It should be as Exchange + POP (can add mutiple POP)

The other thing you could do is create 2 seperate e-mail accounts with in AD, and under your primary logon account you can configure your outlook to open another mailbox. That would show both mailboxes in the same outlook but independant of each other. For instance, when i open my outlook i have my company email address aaron@..... then being the administrator i have opened another mailbox for administrator@.... So it appears as if I have 2 inboxes from within outlook.
Then what I do depending on what personality I am using at the moment. I pick the name in the FROM: Selection area right above the TO: from within my messages and that determines which personality I am.
Make sense?

First Step
Send as
http://searchsecurity.techtarget.com/tip/0,289483,sid43_gci1103948,00.html
then from aaa properties - Exchange Advanced - Mailbox Rights - Give user xxx full mailbox access...
Second Steps configure Outlook for xxx on computer one and then add mailbox of aaa into the profile...
Now when you want to send mail through aaa id when composing new mail type aaa@yyy.com and mail will go from his account...
