FTP.exe blocking Service Pack Install

Asked by stacystyles in Microsoft Operating Systems, CGI Scripting, Windows 2003 Server

Tags: pack, service, windows, use, 2003

Good Morning:

I have a Windows 2003 Standard server and I am trying to install either SP1 or SP2.  With either one when I try to install it I get an error saying that something is using FTP.exe.  I have removed FTP and rebooted and I still get the same error.  Has anyone seen this beofre?

Thanks,
