Excel sheet Shift's for my team (Challenging )

Hi,

I am putting in a shift table for my team of 5 persons.
I have uploaded the file

None of the 6 team members should have repeated days
Each has to have only 5 day's a week of work
Person name Bipin has to have Off on all Saturday's and sunday's
I nee a plan for shifts from Aug-20th to Oct 20th.

IS you need more deails please ask me.

None of the 6 team members should have repeated days - I see more than 6 names on the Sheet. also.. wadya mean when u say " they should not have repeated days" ? same shift for 2 days ?

Please see the sheet 2 for these 6 guys i need to make the roaster
Repeated i mean if i come this wee on Saturday and sunday next week i should not be in the same shift.So that Next Saturday and Sunday i shall be on Off.

how about ur staffing requirements..

how many ppl would u require in the different shifts..

like 2 ppl in each of S1 S2 and S3 every day ?
if u get a week day off.. u work WES ? am i right ?

i think u pretty much have it figured on on sheet 3 ..
all i did was.. transpose ur structure..

Column A - date ... from 20th Aug - 20th Oct
Column B - Weekdays
Column C - Column H ..... Starts from Bipin - Manoj

I just filled out one month.. from Sheet2.. on Sheet 3 .. and dragged it down till october ..

Thanks a lot.

I need only 1 person to come on week ends.

Any 1 engineer to be there.On weekends there is only 1 shift.

In the sheet 1 you have the timings can you put in the timing also in sheet 3 please...
