clear mapped drives from registry

Hello Experts!
Certain users can't loginto certain machines, or only very slowly 15 minutes or more. Login is immediate when network cable is removed. This only happens for certain users on a given machine. Even when their profiles are deleted, this behaviour persists.
I think it's linked to mapped drives in the registry, probably linked to some remanent of the user profile.

Can mapped drives be deleted from registry?
