Dell 2400 Dimension Network Card Driver

I reinstalled Windows XP Home Edition SP2 using the Dell reinstallation cd. However, I am missing many of the drivers I need. Currently, I  am working reestablish my Internet connection. I need the proper driver from Dell. My computer is a Dimesnision 2400.

Can anyone confirm is this is the proper driver?
