How do i stop HPTLBXFX.exe from starting up?

Asked by IDEASIT in Microsoft Operating Systems, Printers by HP, Windows XP Operating System

The performance of 3 of my Windows XP machines have dramatically decreased since installing HP all in one units. I have found if stop the HPTLBXFX.exe process, all runs well and performance is regained. I have searched and searched on how to try and disable that service from startup.
