I clicked on no display
now I need display back
I have tried reclicking
display continues to turn off about 4 min after start up.

Maybe you should do the same...
For example, in the section of that document where it describes how to Turn on Narrator so that it starts automatically each time you log on to your computer, it says you:
Under Explore all settings, select:· Use the computer without a display, by pressing TAB, then ENTER.
Under Hear text read aloud, select:· Turn on Narrator. · Select Save.
And it has a screenshot of the window labeled Use the computer without a display, and there are check marks for Turn on Narrator, Turn on Audio Description, etc.

I haven't used it, but I believe when you turn on the option for Use the computer without a display, you have to select one of the other options like Turn on narrator or Turn on audio description. Have you tried removing the check mark(s) next to whatever you put check mark(s) next to when you first chose use without a display?
