Reset open com Ports with out a reboot

I have a PC that we are using to upload inventory to a vendors site, after the first upload (all works good)
when we move to the next upload we get a COM PORT in use error, and have to reboot, is there a utility of a command to reset the COM port with out a rebootStart Free Trial
