unable to log into domain with xp pro

I have an xp pro workstaion that is attached to a domain that when you get to the login screen the third box "log in to" is grayed out and i can only log in to the local computer.  If i place my domain name before the username then I can be validated to the domain.

Does anyone know where to disable this policy.  It is not at the domain level, the other workstations are fine, just this one.Start Free Trial
