After installing internet explorer 7.0 all user now see the Language Bar on the desktop.
What i tried so far...
[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{540D8A8B-1C3F-4E32-8132-530F6A502090}]

"MenuTextPUI"="@%SystemRoot%\\System32\\msutb.dll,-325"

This will remove the language Bar normally....
in myu casy it did not !!
