Windows activation error

When logging on to our server this morning there was a prompt to
say that the Windows product has not yet been activated. I selected no it it
logged me off. I then logged back in sucessfully.

I checked the event log and there was a warning message that the product was
not activated within grace period. This server was installed in 2004 and the product was activated at that time itself.

For info, the server was upgraded to Windows 2003 Service Pack 1 on 5/11/07.

Please guide me what course of action needs to be taken?
