Terminal Server not applying Group Policy

Have a 32bit 2003r2 Terminal server. Installed a 2003r2 64bit in domain. Now, the 32bit terminal server does not apply the group policy in the OU for remote users.

How can I get the 32bit Terminal Server to apply the Group Policy again?

Is the server in the OU for teminal servers and using loopback policy?

Loopback is enabled. The server is in the default OU. Remote Users are in an OU of TSUSERS with a GP locking down TS.
Have you tried running the group policy results wizard to show what is and isn't happening? Have a go and ley me know.
Regards,
Group Policy Infrastructure failed due to the error listed below.

The network name cannot be found.

Note: Due to the GP Core failure, none of the other Group Policy components processed their policy. Consequently, status information for the other components is not available.

Additional information may have been logged. Review the application event log on the domain controller on which the simulation was run for events between 2/19/2008 10:44:51 PM and 2/19/2008 10:44:51 PM.
Sounds a bit like your DNS may not be setup correct. Is it pointing to your DC DNS server only?

Very true.

Have you done netdiag /v to test for dns errors yet?
