I don't know if it will handle all of those properties but the program diruse is free from MS. It runs as a DOS command and will produce lots of info on files, etc. You can control what is displayed and even do "filtering." The version you get depends on your OS though. You can do a search on the MS site to find it or let me know your OS and I will try to find it for you. It is commonly found on resouce CDs too.
The info would be exported to a text file.
