How to Clear Memory in Windows Vista

Asked by merlin62 in Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Windows Vista

My laptop is running very slow.  When i go to Windows Task Manager Performance tab CPU Usage is 3% but Physical Memory Used shows 70%.  I have read elsewhere that Vista caches far more memory than other versions of Windows....my question is how do I get Vista to free up some of that memory?Start Free Trial
