Here is a good article that provides step-by-step instructions on Windows Deployment Services.
http://technet2.microsoft.com/WindowsVista/en/library/9e197135-6711-4c20-bfad-fc80fc2151301033.mspx?mfr=true

I hope this works for you.

Note that WDS is the new version of RIS.  If you want RIS, which supports legacy clients such as Windows 2000, then you cannot deploy WDS.  RIS does not support Vista or 2008 however.

See this article for RIS:

Hi,
to explain a bit more. WDS came with W2003 R2 or when you install SP2 on the server. It replaces original RIS.
The good thing is that in administrative tools you have 2 admin consoles: one is for WDS and one is for WDS (legacy). This "WDS legacy" actually behaves the same way like RIS. So you can use your images of XP, 2000, 2003 easily without need to re-create them or so.
But if you want to use pure WDS, it's much more complicated. You need to create some boot images, OS images and it's not that easy. But it's maybe the only way to deploy Vista.
There is not much to configure about RIS/WDS legacy. You will run the config wizard at the beginning, it will create CD-based image of client OS and that's it.
Now it depends from 99% on the answer files which you can create and use in unattended installation. The process can be fully automated so ideally you will configure RIS the way, that the client will boot his machine from network, enter his credentials and in 1 hour or less (or more) he will have fully installed PC with configured OS, applications and personal settings.
If you don't need to deploy Vista, try to learn RIS first as it's easier, and when familiar with it, jump into WDS (it works completely different way).

We actually use ImageX.  It is really easy and does not even require the use of a server.  http://www.windowsdevcenter.com/pub/a/windows/2007/04/03/pc-deployment-with-imagex.html
We boot onto a WinPE disk with imagex on there and run it.  We have an external drive attached with our images on there.  It takes the place of costly tools such as Ghost as Microsoft is giving it away for free with Windows.  It works really well, as long as you do not need to image many machines at once.  If you do, then I would set up WDS.  Honestly, Ghost Solution is probably the best for deploying many machines at once, if you can afford the licensing.

Please help me!!! There are 30 Computers waiting to be installed Windows XP. I could have used GHOST but they all Motherboards are from diffrent manufacturers. So please help me

Do you have the clients on the same subnet as the RIS server or is there some router between them?
Also try to pre-create the computer account in AD first. Create the computer account as "managed computer" and enter the correct GUID there (you will find it when you start the client from the network - on a first few lines displayed is the GUID, re-type this one to the dialog box on server - without dashes).
Try if this helps.
If not, check the DHCP options:
option number 60 - value = PXEClient

Ok Martin babarik, On the DHCP option 60 it asks me for the string value... What should I enter in it?

The string value is as I wrote: PXEClient
