Can't run gpedit.msc command from command prompt

I'm trying to run a command (gpedit.msc) from the command prompt in the Start menu but it will not allow me.  The error says that Windows cannot gpedit.msc and to check the name correctly...

What can I do to enable this  facility on Windows?Start Free Trial
