Allow normal user on Terminal Server 2003 to create a printer WITHOUT being an Administrator

How do I allow a normal user on Terminal Server 2003 to create a printer WITHOUT being an Administrator? This is very important. The windows app we are using dynamically "creates" a printer (PDF) and then prints to it. (I know, I know, bad design, but we are stuck with it).

I'm guessing there are registry entries/permissions which can be "opened" up to allow normal (or even named) users to be able to create a printer (without being an Administrator).Start Free Trial
