USB missing Harddisk space

Asked by mboppe in Microsoft Operating Systems, Windows 2003 Server

I have a 8GB USB Memory stick.I was playing with some HP software to make it a bootable memeory stick.I don't know what that software did but now the memory stick is just showing up as 4GB.When I go to Diskmanagement.I see 2 partitions each of 4Gb.I can format   and do what ever I want with the first 4gb partition but with the 2nd partition doesn't let me do any thing.I can't format and delete the partition.I don't have any software that came with this USB.Any ideas what the problem could be.
