We're changing our public IP Address

I'm the defunk System Admin - and I'm not sure of everything I need to change/update once this happens.
I'm certain I have to change the DNS addresses at each workstation

Is there a way I can do this without physically visiting each workstation (there's over 100)?

Any help would be appreciated!
