Installation can't find migregdb.file

While performing a window xp professional repair option, setup asked me to insert the service pack 2 cd, but service pack 2 is already on the windows xp cd.  The error msg was saying cannot copy the file clbcatq.dll.  I found that file on another drive on my computer, then it asked for comadmin.dll and I found that file on the same drive, then the program asked for migregdb.exe, but I can't seem to locate that file on any drive.  What is causing windows xp to keep looking for files that should be on my original windows xp pro disk?Start Free Trial
