rename files or folders dont update until manually refreshed

One of our user's pc is having problems with renaming files and folders on network locations.  They make changes renaming them and they won't show until it is manually refreshed.  I can go back to my pc and it works fine.  Also when I go to local files in my documents on this users pc they can change and modify items just fine with no issues.  

I have tried changing video settings and refresh rates.  The driver for this card is the most recent dowloaded from the site.  I can't find anything else that would keep the folder from updating for network locations.  Any help that can be offered would be apreciated.Start Free Trial
