Someone asked me a question on something I never really gave much thought to. Some emails appear with the email address in brackets next to the display name and others don't. Within our Org, there is no email address in brackets next to the display name, but, if someone in one of our business units on an Exchange server that is not part of our Org sends an email to me, the email address appears in brackets next to the display name. Is this by design? Is there a setting on either end that would turn this off or on.
The email is coming over an internal connector to our Org.
