can not delete folders on windows 2003 server

Zones: Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Server

Ok so I am trying to clean house on some folders windows brings up stupid errors like it cant find this file blah blah.

All the folders are in directory how do a go out forcing windows to delete them no matter what the error is? As I no longer need them folders.
