Browse All TopicsWhen I powered up my computer this padlock appeared. It is in a 2x2 box with a skyblue background and the padlock is white. It appears in a locked position, then in an open position; then disappears and reappears. I cannot click or right click on it to find out what it is or close it. It is as if it is just hovering in the middle of my screen. When I go to place my cursor on it, my cursor is actually behind it. Very strange. Never seen anything like this before.
