With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not?   • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. Tags: Debug assertion failed

hello, i have performed multiple malaware and virus checks with leading software programs and still get this message popping up.

I don't know what this visual stuff is, and was not aware it was on my pc.
I have disabled script debugging in IE
uninstalled and re-installed java, active x, firefox, AVG 8, thunderbird.
I installed Microsoft Visual C , just in case win xp needed it.

The debug assertions do not make my programs crash, but i have to press ignore retry or abort every time it pops up.
If im playing an internet game i have to exit the game to kill the pop up...

Does anyone know how to tell Visual CC to stop telling me that debug assertion failed?
is Visual CC part of XP ?
