This update appears with Windows Update, but will not install. It produces the error "Update KB948110 installation was unsuccessful". I have tried many times, once after a power cycle, but no luck. Then I tried downloading the update direct from Microsoft and running it manually. This time I got the error message referenced in "Tags" below about the requirement for a strong password. I have no clue where the "readme" file might have landed, and I do not know how to proceed. I haven't found much help on Microsoft's site. I have found others running Server 2000 and Server 2003 in which the update will not install, but nobody seems to have found an answer. Can someone explain what I need to do to create s strong password (apparently the administrative password is not strong enough) and how to use the switch SAPWD... from the command line? With what command? Thank you.
