Server restarting

The server is just restarting as if someone typed in the Shutdown /r command.  It all of the sudden warns that the system is shutting down and restarts.
The error:
Event ID 1074, Category NONE
The process SystemRestart.exe has initiated the restart of computer %server cn% on behalf of user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM for the following reason: No title for this reason could be found
 Reason Code: 0x0
 Shutdown Type: restart
