Here is the cbs.log file from the most recent SFC /Scannow
SFC says it found corrupt files that it was unable to fix. Hopefully someone can analyize the cbs.log file and see if the corruption is related to the problem.

Looks like there is a file corruption related to avicap32.dll according to the CBS.log file from the latest SFC. Is there a way to fix/delete corrupted files without reinstalling all OS and applications???

I have the same problem and subscribed to get the answer and there is NO answer here! Reinstalling the integrated webcam drivers comes up with the same error message: AVICAP32.dll is either not designed to run on windows or contains an error". I also have tried replacing the AVICAP32.dll file with the same results. I believe it is a registry error relating to the integrated camera. Believe me, I am an expert with computers and this has stumped me for months hence PAYING to get advice. I had a printer one time wouldn't work for just 1 of 4 users, uninstalling and reinstalling got the same bad results, UNTIL I figured out where the printer wrote in registry entries and deleted them and the error was corrected. I believe the same WILL be true here if someone can tell me what registry entries to remove? Please advise, people pay for resolution, so I hope to get resolution. Thank you in advance.
