I doubt its a driver conflict...
You need to uninstall your grpahics driver from device manager. When it prompts you whether to permanently remove all software etc you need to select YES. before doing this download the Latest Catalyst Driver from the ATi/AMD website. Sounds like there is a dll falling over thats why you are getting the sys output error.
